OTDR Site Analysis
Using the highest quality test equipment we perform OTDR testing on both Short Haul to Ultra Long Haul spans. Peace of mind is guaranteed by testing on day one of fibre handover. Whilst performing OTDR tests we look for any potential problems that will future proof and provide our customers with the reassurance of a quality service they can rely on when their network goes live.
OTDR Office Analysis
We have a dedicated analyst using the latest Cloud based analysing software, performing bi-directional analysis of OTDR results. Accompanying this our bespoke packages also include analysis of CD-PMD/ Insertion loss measurement/ Fibre Scope shots.
This ensures the results we perform for you on site are within spec and ready for service.
CDPMD Analysis
In addition to OTDR Testing testing Chromatic Dispersion and Polaristaion Mode Dispersion is vital for newly installed fibres to be tested to make sure the fibres are within industry specifiction
OLTS Analysis
We perform OLTS testing (Insertion loss Measurement) to measure total optical return loss on the fibre span and confirm if the fibre is within spec for the span length
CMAX Scope Inspection
CMAX Scope Inspection is another crucially important part of our service. 80% of network faults are due to unclean fibre end faces. Our fibre scopes provide an essential part of the testing scenario giving us a simple Pass/Fail with each test. We can be sure to leave the fibre as clean as it was when it left the factory, providing a clean connection to your equipment. Highly Important for Raman Amplifier links
